Free training course for active and aspiring Blue Economy Cluster Managers

The MARMED project is organising the Blue Cluster Manager Training, a free pilot course that aims to bridge the gap between the existing needs and the current skills of maritime cluster managers, to ensure up-skilling, to outline an innovative professional profile for an increased competitiveness of maritime clusters in the Mediterranean region and, overall, to boost innovation and sustainable growth in the Blue Economy sector. All costs will be covered by the Erasmus+ MARMED projec.

The curriculum developed by the project consists of 75-hours of blended learning and it will cover the following topics:

Module 1: Basic introduction to Blue Economy Sectors

Module 2: Soft skills

Module 3:Managerial and Technical skills

Module 4: Policy knowledge

The course will start in May 2024 and will include a two-day study visit organized by the National Institute of Oceanography and Applied Geophysics - OGS in Trieste (Italy) scheduled for 13-14 June 2024. Travel and accommodation costs will be fully covered by the project.
