Research activities focus on the understanding of the dynamics of dispersion, transformation and bioaccumulation of contaminants in marine-coastal ecosystems with the support of biogeochemical models. Contributes to the development of models to simulate the mercury cycle in the Mediterranean Sea and coastal areas.
