Paolo Guglia

Paolo Guglia holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (University of Trieste) and a MEDEA Master's degree in Management and Economics of Energy and the Environment (EniCorporate University). He is PMP (Project Manager Professional) certified and is a RINA (Royal Institute of Naval Architects) Fellow. After an initial experience in EniPower, he has been working in Fincantieri in the Innovation Department since 2002. He is an expert in European R&D innovation and design, with particular reference to the maritime sector and applicable green technologies. He represents Fincantieri in different European associations and alliances. He is a member of the European Commission's Expert Committees on the Innovation Fund and Sustainable Shipping.
