Oriela Halilaj

Oriela holds a Masters’ Degree in Diplomacy and International Cooperation at the University of Trieste. She is currently working as project assistant at the ICAP - International Cooperation and Promotion of Scientific Research office. Mainly involved in activities related to the promotion of research and scientific diplomacy within the Blue Skills Initiative. Speaks English, French and Albanian.
